We cooperated with a Japanese guests in 2020. This is the newly developed product, we had some problems making samples. For example, the actual size is different from that expected, the wheels are not smooth enough and the process did not achieve the desired effect of the customer, ect.. Through continuous communication and the meeting and discussion of the R&D department, we finally made a product with customer satisfaction.

One of my customer had some changes for shipping mark, we would help the customer solve the problem soon.
